A side of house neutralizer does it have to be on the floor or can be anywhere along the wall?

Side protection Neutralizers should be above "protection from below" and below "protection from above" Neutralizer's elevation. In the same time both Neutralizers (Above and Below) need to be inside space created by "Sides protection" set of Neutralizers (walls).  These roles are valid for all areas of protection (apartment, home . . .).
