Protection against harmful electromagnetic fields penetrating from outside the house or apartment is the first and crucial step in Total Home EMF Protection.

Depending on the size of your house or apartment, you may have one of these neutralizers. They should be installed in the basement or on the lowest floor of the house or on the first floor of the apartment.
