The harmfulness of electromagnetic fields (including WiFi) affects human health - understanding the enemy and a proven solution

The US Federal Communications Act of 1996 says that health issues are not a valid reason for a municipality to refuse zoning for a cell phone tower or antenna.

Electromagnetic fields (including WiFi) in terms of both power density and frequency from cell towers and cell phones, reduce sperm motility and vitality. These processes affect both fertility and the possibility of carrying a pregnancy to term, as well as the health and well-being of the offspring.

There is also a direct relationship between cell phone use time or exposure to cell tower radiation and a decrease in sperm count. Sperm count is halved in men who carry cell phones in their trouser pockets for four hours a day. Sperm motility is also impaired. The testicular barrier, which protects sperm, is the most sensitive tissue in the body and is 100 times more absorbent. In addition to sperm count and function, sperm DNA is damaged 3 times more if exposed to radiation from a nearby cell tower (e.g. at home) or to cell phone radiation.

No one knows what effect cell tower radiation has on female organs and eggs. It can be catastrophic - from problems with pregnancy or affecting conception to genetic deformities.

What about children living, learning and playing near base stations? Mobile phone base stations comply with international guidelines for limiting exposure to radio waves. In fact, exposure to RF radiation from base stations is very low, a fraction of international guidelines and standards.

A child has been shown to be more sensitive to this type of exposure than an adult. Science has identified the following main trends in psychophysiological indicators in children using mobile communication: increased phonemic perception disorders, decreased performance, decreased arbitrary and semantic memory indicators, and increased fatigue. A steady decrease in parameters from high to the lowest standards was found.

The problem is that children absorb 50% more electrical pollution than adults. One study found that a phone call lasting just two minutes can cause brain hyperactivity that can last up to an hour in children. Because their skulls are smaller and thinner than those of adults, electromagnetic fields penetrate much more easily into children's brains. Children's brains are also more conductive due to the higher concentration of water and ions. The Toronto Board of Health recommends that children under eight use a cell phone only in emergencies, and that teens limit talk time to less than 10 minutes.
